Engineer diagnoses and notifies customer on repair including costs and lead times. Once agreed by both parties work commences. We like to be transparent so provide regular updates until the job is completed
Devices are cleaned using an Antibacterial sanitizer before return.
Payment for repair is made via BACs or card payment. Job is then automatically allocated a return time within 24hrs.
